Boot camp

We’re in the middle of a programme of fairly intense fitness circuit training in P.E.  The children are recording the number of repetitions that they achieve at each station on the circuit and we might try to put their results into a spreadsheet at the end of the unit and see whether and how much their fitness has increased.

Important reminder:  The children are working up a sweat and it is essential that they have a full Rosendale PE kit with them every Wednesday and Friday.  Thank you.
